Let us put our experience to work for you. Pioneer Event Productions has experience in all aspects of cycling event promotion, and has worked on events ranging from weekly training races and local criteriums to Regional Championships and UCI International Cyclo-Cross races. Our specialty is in tailor made services for your event, but here’s a few of our most popular services

Results Services- cost effective results solutions-

Pioneer Event Productions offers a full service results and finish line camera package with two cameras, two recorders, computer, printer and all the accessories. We have our own generators, table, chair and tents, so the whole package is self-contained. The only thing we will need from the promoter is the pre-registration info and maybe lunch!
At the end of the day we provide a copy of all the results in hard copy or on disk. After the event the results are distributed to BikeReg.com and other outlets as needed.

Event Kit Rentals- from the basics to the best-

Pioneer Event Productions has an extensive race kit that may be rented for events, either in total, or by the piece. Options for Road, Mountain, and Cyclo-cross are available, as well as non-competitive events. Please e-mail us for complete details and pricing. Kit drop off and pick up is also available.
