Results Services
Pioneer Event Productions offers a full service results and finish
line camera package with two cameras, two recorders, computer,
printer and all the accessories. We have our own generators, table,
chair and tents, so the whole package is self-contained. The only
thing we will need from the promoter is the registration info
and maybe lunch!
A typical event runs this way: Before the event the promoter
e-mails Pioneer all the pre registration information. This is
typically downloaded right from BikeReg.com. On race day it helps
to have a CD with the same information as a back up. Camera set
up usually starts about an hour before the first race start. We
input all the information for riders who register the day of the
event, and can provide complete start lists for the officials.
For each race we are able to generate complete results with multiple
copies for posting, announcers, officials and any media copies
you might need. During each race we can also review video for
primes or other needs. At the end of the day we provide a copy
of all the results in hard copy or on disk. After the event the
results are distributed to NEBRA, BikeReg.com, CyclingNews.com,
and The Ride Magazine.
